A/S and Exchange & Refund Information

Please note that products shipped as freight may have minor scratches due to the manufacturing and distribution process, and exchanges or returns for this reason are not possible.

After assembly or installation, the product loses its value and cannot be repackaged or resold, so exchanges and returns are not possible. A/S and parts shipment are the standard procedures.

Exchanges and returns due to a simple change of mind are only possible if the product is unopened. If a new product is opened, returns are not possible due to scratches or defective parts resulting in loss of value.Round-trip shipping costs will be charged for returns.
