POSCO steel wire uses the highest-grade high carbon steel wire. With extremely high tensile strength, it withstands tens of thousands of compressions and extensions.There is significantly less reduction in spring height or deformation.

If the quality of the spring is poor, it is prone to making squeaking noises due to friction. Posco springs with uniform rigidity generate far less of this noise.

- For exchanges and returns, you must contact the customer center. If you return the product without prior agreement, processing may be difficult.

- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product. Exchanges are not possible if damage is found due to use or negligence.

- Returns due to a simple change of mind are possible within 7 days of receiving the product, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

- Natural discoloration, daily stains, or scorching that occurs over time

- Personal sensitivities such as firmness, texture, comfort preferences, allergies, or volatile odors that may occur due to the nature of new products

- Increase or decrease in softness or decrease in elasticity that does not affect the function of the product

- Minor structural defects or slight appearance flaws that do not affect product use (such as subtle differences in cover stitching or pattern, slight lifting of foam corners due to the cover, loose threads, minor stains, etc.)

- Damage to packaging that does not affect the product, which may occur during delivery

Precautions

- The photos on the detail page may differ from the actual product depending on lighting, monitor resolution, and computer specifications.

- If your contact information is incorrect or if you are unavailable for an extended period, delivery may be delayed.

- Changes can be made until you receive the shipping completion text message sent before the product is moved to the logistics center after production is finished. Please make sure to provide a contact number that can receive text messages. This applies even if you cannot receive messages due to incorrect contact information or spam blocking.

- Cancellations that have not been pre-arranged with the seller cannot be processed, so please contact customer service if you wish to cancel your order.

- For regional deliveries, products are shipped to a hub logistics center after production is completed and then delivered via a line-haul logistics system. You can expect to receive your order within about 7 days from the invoice registration date.

- If you request a change or cancellation after the invoice has been registered and the product has been shipped, cancellation fees will be charged to you.

- Due to the nature of furniture delivery, bundled shipping is not available, and individual shipping fees apply per item.

Shipping Information

- Products are made after order confirmation, and 1-2 days before delivery, the assigned delivery person will contact you via Happy Call to provide detailed scheduling before starting delivery.

- The shipping fee for this product is paid together with the product payment, and additional shipping fees for regional/outlying areas will be charged upon delivery.

- Due to the nature of furniture delivery, bundled shipping is not available, so individual shipping fees apply per item. Shipping fees are operated based on the information listed on the product page.

- On Wadiz, only one shipping fee is charged for the initial order. If you purchase two or more of the same size product, the shipping fee is charged only once. (Example: If you order two singles, only the shipping fee for one single is charged.) If you purchase two or more products of different sizes, the shipping fee is charged only once based on the product with the highest shipping fee. - Due to the nature of large cargo deliveries, delivery is made after prior consultation with the customer. Please answer calls from unknown numbers, as they may be from the delivery person.

Installation Information

- If delivery must be made via narrow stairs or if the installation space is a duplex structure, delivery is generally not possible. However, installation may be possible through communication with the delivery person, and additional delivery fees may be charged as labor costs.

- If delivery is not possible due to the structure of the building, the product may be collected on-site, and collection fees may apply in such cases.

- If the structure of the delivery location does not allow elevator use, if the building is between the 2nd and 5th floors without an elevator, or if the building uses an elevator with a capacity of 9 people or less, product delivery may be difficult. (However, Queen Q size can be delivered with elevators that have a capacity of 11 people or more.) If installation is possible, the delivery staff will carry the product up the stairs, and in this case, additional labor costs may be incurred.

- Any additional costs such as ladder trucks or lifting fees required due to the building structure will be the responsibility of the customer.

- Professional delivery is based on single-person delivery as a principle.

- You must secure the installation space in advance, and removal or disposal of existing furniture is not available. If the space is not secured, installation at your desired location may not be possible.

- If you wish to have existing furniture of similar size to the delivered product moved down, you may use this service after consulting with the delivery staff, and additional costs may apply.
