·Products are securely packaged in a courier box for shipping.

·For Jeju and island/mountainous regions, please make sure to select the additional shipping fee option for Jeju and remote areas during Funding. If not selected, shipping will not be processed.

Exchange and Refund Information

·Warranty period: Requests can be made within 7 days from the date of Reward receipt.

·Defective or Reward different from description/advertisement: Requests can be made within 3 months from the date of receiving the Reward or within 30 days from the date the issue is recognized.

·Exchange and refund are not possible if the package box sealing sticker is damaged.

·Even if the box sealing is intact, if the return packaging is insufficient,Exchange and refund are not available if the package box is damaged or compromised. applies.

· If there is a defect that makes the product unusable, exchange and refund are possible. Due to the nature of the product, after-sales service (A/S) is not available.

· In the case of a partial refund after funding for a discounted set, the quantity used (not refunded) will be calculated based on Wadiz's standards and the refund will be processed accordingly.

· In cases not related to reward defects: A stripe pattern may appear on the top surface during manufacturing, which is considered normal. Minor bubbles, abrasions, dents, or printing smudges may occur, and slight dents or scratches may happen during delivery, but these do not affect usability or durability at all.

· Exchange and refund are not available if the defect is caused by the use of the product or by the supporter’s intentional or negligent actions, or if the product cannot be resold.
