Hello, supporters! This is the Ensure Maker.

Hello, I am Choo Booyeon, operating the brand Ensure!

First of all, I sincerely thank all the supporters who participated in Ensure's first Funding and two encore rounds.
It was the choices of each and every one of you that led to great achievements.
Throughout the entire project, every step of the process was deeply meaningful to me. This was not simply a project to sell short-sleeved shirts, but knowing there were people who resonated with my vision and attention to detail gave me great strength :)

We decided to proceed with this year's final Funding at the same price as the previous encore, despite the continuous increase in fabric costs, as a way to thank the supporters who trust us.
After this Funding, I am not sure if we will be able to bring back this particular long-staple cotton T-shirt.
Although I hope that the 70-count long-staple cotton T-shirt will return with another great opportunity, realistically, it seems very difficult.

As a maker, and as an individual, I put my sincere heart into creating this.
To both new supporters and those returning again, I will strive to repay you with even better service and quality!

[ensure Ensure] means 'to guarantee', and 'Let’s provide customers with guaranteed quality products at the most reasonable prices' is the brand slogan under which we were founded.

We are currently operating a domestic unisex casual fashion brand, and the reason we, who are running a popular brand, have come to Wadiz under the name Ensure is!
It is to deliver to you, at a reasonable price, a very expensive fabric that is hard to find in Korea!! 

While sampling countless fabrics every day, I came across a fabric of a quality that is hard to find in Korea.
However, it did not fit the concept of our existing brand, and it felt too wasteful to leave such a great fabric unused. So, I thought it would be wonderful to share the unique advantages of this fabric with many people, and that is why I am introducing it through Wadiz.

To be honest,70-count double gauze cotton The fabric cost is more than three to four times that of regular cotton, so it is difficult to make a profit at this price point.

Q Is this unisex?
A Both men and women can wear it. We recommend checking the size guide and model specifications to find the best fit for you.
 
Q Is it possible to exchange sizes or colors?
A Please understand that, as this Reward is made to order, exchanges for size or color due to size mistakes or simple change of mind are not possible.
 
Q How should I care for and wash it?
A - For the first wash of this Reward, we recommend hand washing with a neutral detergent.
- Do not use a dryer as the garment may shrink. For natural drying, hang it on a hanger to keep it looking like new.
- Wash at a standard water temperature of 30°C, either gently in a washing machine or by hand. Use a neutral detergent.

- Do not use chlorine bleach, and do not soak in water for more than 30 minutes.

- When wringing by hand, do so gently. If using a spin dryer, use it for a short time only.

- Machine drying may damage the product, so always air dry. Hang on a hanger in the shade.

- Iron at 80–120°C.

Shipping Information

- As the Reward is made to order, shipping will begin about 15 days after the pre-order ends.
- The Reward will be shipped via CJ Logistics courier service.

Exchange and Refund Information

- Payment cancellation is possible at any time before the project ends.
- For domestic shipping, refund requests due to change of mind are possible within 7 days after receiving the Reward.
- For returns due to change of mind, the supporter is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- However, in the case of product defects, the maker will cover the exchange/return shipping costs.

Reward A/S Policy

1. The Reward A/S warranty period is from 7 days after receipt of the Reward up to 1 year.
2. A/S Policy: For defects that occur during use, not initial defects upon receipt, a 1:1 replacement will be provided.
3. Cases Where A/S Is Not Available
- Even within the warranty period, if repair or restoration is impossible due to the user's intentional act or negligence.
- If the Reward is lost or damaged due to reasons attributable to the supporter (excluding packaging damage for simple inspection).
- If the value of the Reward has decreased due to the supporter's use or consumption.
- If the value of the Reward has been lost to the extent that resale is difficult due to the passage of time.
- If the supporter simply changes their mind.
- If the item is returned arbitrarily without following the official inquiry and submission process through the maker.
