FoodWithMe's peaches are grown in Korea's representative peach-producing region of Gyeongsan, Gyeongsangbuk-do.
Gyeongsan is an area with abundant sunlight and a large temperature difference between day and night, providing an ideal environment for peaches to accumulate plenty of sugar.
During the day, the peaches soak up warm sunlight, and at night, as the temperature drops, the sweetness builds up in the flesh.
This natural environment creates the deep flavor and rich sweetness unique to Gyeongsan peaches.
If too many fruits grow on a single tree, the nutrients are dispersed and the flavor may decline.
Therefore, we manage the trees by thinning the fruits appropriately, leaving only as many as needed so that each peach receives sufficient nutrients.
We also prune the branches to ensure even sunlight exposure and maintain a healthy growing environment.
Peaches are fruits that are sensitive to changes in temperature and humidity.

We also focus on preventive pest management to carefully cultivate healthy peaches.
Since peaches ripen at different rates, they are not harvested all at once.
