Exchange and Refund Information

Supporter’s Change of Mind: Can be requested within 7 days from the date of receiving the Reward.
Defective or different from description/advertisement Reward: Can be requested within 3 months from the date of receiving the Reward or within 30 days from the date the issue is recognized.
If there is a significant defect that makes the product unusable, exchange and refund are possible. Due to the nature of the product, A/S is not available.
This product is designed to protect floors and linoleum from scratches caused by chair wheels. Therefore, it is not the appropriate size or material for freely rolling wheels on the mat, so please consider this before making your purchase decision.
Due to the nature of the product, minor scuff marks, stains, fraying, pressure marks, wrinkles, print smudges, or dust may occur during production, packaging, or shipping. As these do not affect product use, exchanges and refunds for these reasons are not possible.
If you request a partial refund after Funding a discounted set, the quantity used (not refunded) will be calculated and refunded based on the single item Wadiz price, not the discounted set price.
If the product has been used or is contaminated or damaged due to consumer negligence, exchange and refund are not possible.
