Pre-order Return and A/S Guide
What is the exchange/Funding return policy?
Until Reward shipping information is registered isSupporters can individually cancel from the payment details in My Wadiz. Exchange and refund due to initial defects or simple change of mind within 30 days after receiving the Reward are possible. Also, after the pre-order ends, if you cancel or request a Funding return due to a simple change of mind, round-trip shipping costs may occur.
What are the A/S regulations?
1. The A/S period is 3 months after receipt, and regardless of the period, A/S due to supporter negligence will be charged.
2. Please make sure to submit A/S requests to hidenjh2525@nate.com.
3. A/S service is conducted via courier, and after depositing the round-trip shipping fee of 6,000 KRW to the designated account, it will be processed.
