Pre-order Return and A/S Information
What is the exchange/funding return policy? Until the reward shipping information is registered, supporters can individually cancel their orders in My Wadiz under payment history.
Exchanges and refunds are possible for initial defects or change of mind within 30 days after receiving the reward. Also, if you cancel due to a change of mind or request a funding return after the pre-order ends, round-trip shipping costs may apply.
What are the A/S regulations?
1. The A/S period is 3 months after receipt, and regardless of the period, A/S due to supporter negligence will be charged.
2. A/S requests must be submitted to hidenjh2525@nate.com.
3. A/S service is provided via courier, and after depositing a round-trip shipping fee of 6,000 KRW to the designated account, it will be processed.
