Why Wadiz?
Starting from inconveniences that existing products on the market couldn't solve, we redesigned everything from the structure by using and improving it ourselves. We wanted to create the 'ultimate in home cleaning,' including automatic emptying and filter management.

1. For 7 days after receiving the Reward, the Wadiz refund policy applies to product defects.
2. In the case of a refund due to product defects, the Maker will bear all costs incurred.
3. Free A/S is not available if the product is damaged or lost due to the Supporter's intentional or negligent actions.
4. Returns are not accepted if the product has been assembled or bolts have been used.
For paid warranties
Even during the warranty period, costs will be incurred in the following cases.

10. Operation without filters/consumables installed
11. Improper use or maintenance repair deficiency
