ActsLala is joined by a group of experts who have directly researched global collaboration and security technology, led by Director Sion Kim, who has experience presenting policies at United Nations (UN) conferences.

Policy/Technology DevelopmentSion Kim Born in South Korea and raised in Incheon, I studied Business Management at the University of Baguio in the Philippines, living with students of various nationalities and directly experiencing multicultural environments through activities in hotel management and the arts.

I studied international business and earned a Bachelor of Business Marketing (Magna Cum Laude) from SUNY in the United States. I also obtained a Master of Public Administration from Tsinghua University in China, researching international politics.

I have had multiple opportunities to present policies at United Nations conferences, researching international cooperation and global governance. I designed the system architecture for an app development project, promoting global collaboration and patent technology development. During this process, I registered patents related to electronic currency and integrated messengers, and in June, I filed a patent for multilingual chat and information security.
