Exchange and A/S

1. For 7 days after receiving the Reward, the Wadiz refund policy applies for product defects.

2. If a refund is issued due to a product defect, the maker will bear all associated costs.

3.If the product is damaged or lost due to the supporter’s intentional act or negligence, free A/S is not available.

4. If the product has been assembled or bolts have been used, returns are not possible.
