Traditional car batteries still follow old logic. They’re asked to deliver an instant starting burst and provide stable power for your vehicle’s electrical system. SmartFusion changes that. It combines a supercapacitor starting module with a LiFePO4 energy core in one smarter 12V battery system. Supercapacitor for the start. LiFePO4 for the system.
NOT ANOTHER BACKUP BATTERY. A NEW STARTING POWER ARCHITECTURE. Jump starters help only after your battery has already let you down. Battery protectors defend the old system. Traditional batteries still force one energy source to do every job — daily power, long parking, and the burst current needed to start your engine. No old battery compromise. No trunk backup routine. Just a smarter way to start.
Early Tester Feedback
Before launch, SmartFusion was shared with automotive creators for hands-on testing in real vehicle conditions.

After long parking, batteries self-discharge. In cold weather, internal resistance rises.
Under heavier loads, voltage stability gets harder to hold. These are not random failures. They all point to the same truth: A battery is good at storing energy, but not naturally ideal for handling burst current alone. That is why ignition becomes uncertain even when small loads still work. And that is exactly why supercapacitors matter.

Cold raises resistance. Long parking lowers voltage. Heavy loads make voltage stability harder to maintain. Supercapacitors solve the same problem in all three cases: burst current at ignition.
Starting power is only half the story. A modern vehicle also needs a battery system that can support daily electrical demand with greater stability over time. That is where LiFePO4 matters.
In SmartFusion, LiFePO4 is not asked to carry the hardest part of ignition alone. Instead, it is free to do what it does best: provide stable stored energy for the vehicle system, with longer cycle life, lighter weight, and more durable long-term performance than traditional lead-acid logic. This is not just a stronger battery. It is a better role for battery power in a modern vehicle.

SmartFusion does not leave battery status hidden until something goes wrong. Through app visibility, key LiFePO4 battery information becomes easier to see and easier to understand — including voltage, battery condition, temperature, and system readiness. This turns daily power from something you simply assume is there into something you can actually check with confidence.
Two 60Ah SmartFusion units can be connected in series to create a 24V setup for compatible heavy-duty starting scenarios.
SmartFusion is not limited to standard 12V vehicles. For compatible higher-voltage applications, two 60Ah units can be connected in series to form a 24V system — making SmartFusion suitable for more demanding diesel and heavy-equipment starting scenarios

SmartFusion is not a large RV lithium battery. It is a purpose-built hybrid cranking battery designed for automotive starting and 12V vehicle power support. Under normal use, it is compatible with standard automotive charging systems and does not place abnormal stress on the alternator.
