Reason for Launching on Wadiz Funding

We have conducted numerous sample tests and improved the circuitry. As the size has decreased, concerns about heat generation have beenefficiently resolved through the latest GaN (Gallium Nitride) material, and finally,108g—all these features are packed into this feather-light weight.

Reward Shipping Information

1) Rewards will be shipped via CJ Logistics. (If there are any changes, we will notify you through announcements.)

2) Shipping will be done sequentially (in order of Funding), with a maximum of 500 units shipped per day.

3) For Reward/Shipping inquiries: Please contact us through the Viperlux channel on KakaoTalk Plus Friend. If using the messenger is inconvenient, pleasecontact us using the method below.

4) When Funding for Rewards, supporters in remote island or mountainous areas, please also fund the remote area shipping fee Reward.

Exchange, Refund, and A/S Policy

1) Warranty period: 1 year from the date of Reward receipt

2) A/S policy: For defects occurring during use, not initial defects upon receipt, a 1:1 replacement will be provided. Other related matters are specified in the product manual.

3) Cases where A/S is not available: Even within the warranty period, if repair or restoration is impossible due to the user's intentional or negligent actions.

4) How to request A/S: Please submit your request with detailed information about the defect to the contact point below. It will be processed after accurate verification.

6) After Funding ends, you may request a refund for the Reward if there is a defect, in accordance with Wadiz policy.
