Shipping, Exchange, and Return Information

Shipping Information

Einsteiner Experiment Kit

After the Funding ends, all items will be shipped via Hanjin Courier.
The exact shipping schedule will be announced through updates.
Shipping fees vary by product, and a basic shipping fee of 3,500 KRW will be charged for paid shipping products.
For Einsteiners, the shipping fee is charged once for every two sets.

Magazine Subscription Package

Both Children’s Science Donga and Children’s Math Donga will be shipped starting from the September 1st issue.
Magazines are published on the 10th and 25th of each month and will be delivered within about 5 days from the publication date.
The first issue will be sent by courier, and subsequent issues will be sent by mail.
If you wish to change the starting issue or delivery address, please leave a note in the delivery request field or product inquiry.

※ Wadiz orders are received with a safe number and are not automatically linked to existing subscription information.
For existing subscribers, to prevent duplicate deliveries,please contact customer service before the Funding product is shipped to request an extension of your subscription period. If no separate request is made, the same magazine may be delivered twice.

dLibrary 3-Month Pass Information

The pass will be sent in bulk via LMS text message to the mobile phone number entered at the time of purchase when the Funding product is shipped.
Please check the validity period of the pass in the sent LMS message.

Einsteiner Exchange and Return Guide

Please check the components after receiving the product.
If any components are missing or damaged, please take a photo and contact customer service.
Exchanges or returns due to a simple change of mind or order mistake are possible within 7 days from the date of receipt.
If the product is defective or faulty, you can request an exchange or return within 3 months from the date of receipt or within 30 days from the date the defect is discovered.
A refund will be issued within 3 to 5 business days after the returned product is collected.
For exchanges or returns due to a simple change of mind, a round-trip shipping fee of 7,000 KRW will be charged.
Shipping costs due to product defects or faults will be covered by the seller.
If there are signs of use, or if the product, components, or free gifts are damaged or lost, exchanges or returns may be restricted.
If the free gift is not returned or has been used, the refund will be issued after deducting the regular price of the free gift.

Magazine Subscription Cancellation and Refund Guide

When canceling a subscription, the refund will be calculated by deducting the regular price of already shipped issues and the regular price of free gifts from the payment amount.

Refund amount = Payment amount - (Regular price per issue × Number of issues shipped) - Regular price of free gifts
