Turn the time you spend watching your favorite dramas into the start of a new challenge.

Try turning it into the beginning of a new adventure.

You can start YouTube Shorts even without revealing your face or having filming equipment.

From planning and editing drama and movie Shorts to channel management and monetization, all the experiences gained from running my own channel are systematically included in the e-book and VOD.

*The figures and data presented are actual cases from channels directly operated by the maker during a specific period, and results may vary depending on individual execution methods, content, and market environment.

Here is the background of why I prepared this project.

When I first started YouTube, the most daunting part was not editing skills.

It was difficult to find resources that clearly explained what content to create, which scenes to choose, how to structure the video, and how far to check copyright and YouTube policies.

Although there was a lot of information online about "how to make money with Shorts," there were not many resources that specifically addressed the problems encountered during actual channel operation.

I also went through countless trials and errors.

From selecting video topics and writing scripts to structuring videos to retain viewers, using editing programs, creating thumbnails and titles, and analyzing performance after uploading, I had to check each step myself.

Through that process, I realized that more important than simply uploading a lot of videos are the following three things.

If there had been a practical guide that explained these things step by step when I first started, I could have found direction with much less time and cost.

That is why I organized my experiences and lessons learned from running an actual channel into an e-book and VOD tailored to beginners.

I confirmed the potential through actual channel operation.

A small channel does not necessarily mean only small view counts.

Even on a channel with about 4,000 subscribers, I recorded about 13.4 million views in a specific 48-hour period.

In addition, I have personally managed a Shorts channel and, in a particular month, recorded an estimated revenue of about 25 million KRW through Shorts content. (This revenue was generated from only one channel.)

The reason for disclosing this information is not to say that anyone can achieve the same results.

It is to show, through real examples, that selecting topics, structuring videos, and analyzing and improving viewer responses are more important than the size of the channel or whether the creator reveals their face.

Revenue and views vary depending on content, upload frequency, timing, channel status, and platform environment. This educational content is designed to help you understand the production process and implement it yourself, based on actual operational experience.

This is how the Funding will be used.

The amount raised through this Funding will not simply be used to sell a completed PDF file, but will be used to provide content more reliably and to continuously improve it.

Even after the Funding, we will continue to develop the content to reflect the changing YouTube environment so that supporters can use it in their actual implementation process.

This project we are presenting has this story.

This project is not just an e-book that you read and finish.

We have structured the e-book, practical VOD, checklists, and supplementary materials into a single roadmap so that even those who have never managed a YouTube channel can understand the entire process.

1. A practical roadmap based on real operational experience.

This is not a theory-based material compiled from internet information.

It was created based on the maker's direct experience operating drama and movie Shorts channels, including both successes and failures, and data confirmed during the content production process.

We have organized the steps in order from preparation to operation so that beginners do not stop because they "don't know where to start."

2. We provide both an e-book and about 20 hours of VOD.

Editing processes that are difficult to understand by reading alone are provided as VOD so you can follow along while watching the actual screen.

You can learn the overall structure and key principles through the e-book, and directly check program settings and editing processes through the VOD.

This is not just a lecture explaining button locations, but is designed to help you understand why editing and composition are done in this order.

3. Covers copyright and platform policies as well.

When utilizing drama and movie content, the first thing to check is copyright and platform policies.

Guides the concept and usage of fair use, and explains how to operate a channel safely from copyright issues.

Describes sustainable content creation strategies, focusing on the trendy two-track channel version.

This is not recommended for the following people.

YouTube is a platform where you must create content, check data, and continuously improve. This project is a practical guide to streamline that process, not an automated product that guarantees revenue.

Hello, supporters! This is Aconnect Maker.

I started creating YouTube content while working a full-time job and pursuing various side businesses.

I was not a video expert from the beginning. I challenged myself in various fields such as blogging, online sales, and YouTube long-form content, and I also had many experiences where I did not achieve satisfactory results.

Then I became interested in drama and movie content that can be produced without revealing my face or filming myself.

After work, I used my limited time to find topics, create videos, and run my channel. During that process, I actually gained views and revenue, but I also directly experienced various difficulties due to policy changes and channel management.

This project does not only include successful cases.

I have included which problems occurred while running the channel myself, what needs to be checked, and what mistakes beginners should avoid.

The goal of this project is to help first-timers reduce the trial and error I experienced and create their own content.

The reason I chose Wadiz

Rather than listing the e-book and lectures on a typical sales page, I wanted to fully explain the reasons for preparing this project and my actual management experience, and then let supporters make their choice.

I believe Wadiz is not just a place to sell finished products, but a space to explore the potential of new ideas and projects together with supporters.

Through this Funding, we aim to listen to supporters' feedback and identify the challenges beginners actually face, so we can further develop the e-book and VOD into higher-quality content.

We will actively reflect the opinions of supporters who participate in the Funding in future lecture updates and the creation of additional materials.

We want to go beyond just consuming content you like and start creating new content with your own perspective and story together.
