• Exchange/Refund Policy

1. Minor scratches may occur during the Reward harvesting, packaging, and delivery process, and these do not constitute a defect in the Reward.
2. Slight softness or marks may not be considered defects depending on the degree.
3. Due to the nature of fresh produce, personal taste, the size of the Reward (except in cases where it is significantly smaller than described), and issues already notified in advance do not constitute defects in the Reward.
4. If the condition of the fruit is not good due to impact during delivery after receipt, please take a photo immediately and contact us via Maker Inquiry within 24 hours. (Photos of the entire product, the problematic area, and the invoice if necessary)
5. If you inquire after 24 hours, exchange or refund may be difficult, so please check immediately upon receipt and contact us with photos!

1. Supporters may request a refund by canceling the payment before the Maker registers the Reward shipping information after the final payment date, and may request a refund within 7 days from the Reward delivery completion date (or within a reasonable period determined by the type of sale and delivery method if the delivery completion date cannot be confirmed).
