<Unlit Project>, as its name suggests, brings two values that have yet to be spotlighted onto the stage.

The first is the story of 'independence activists and their descendants' who devoted everything for the country but still remain in the shadows of history. We want to share with the world the lives of those who willingly sacrificed for the present we enjoy, and the descendants who had to endure harsh realities even after liberation. The second is 'indie artists' who possess outstanding talent and passion but have lacked opportunities to stand before the public.

📢 Here is how the Funding will be used!

The precious amount collected through this Funding will be used to provide a stage where unknown artists can be spotlighted, covering the minimum production and casting costs for the performance. All profits except for these costs will be donated to the descendants of independence activists, making your participation in the Funding a strong support for unknown artists to step onto the stage of their dreams, and at the same time, a meaningful donation to forgotten heroes.

Three key points unique to the <Unlit Project>:

A noble spirit engraved in your heart, 'Taegeukgi Badge': We have carefully crafted the Taegeukgi badge so that you can remember the patriotic martyrs in your daily life by attaching it to the collar of your everyday clothes or on an eco-bag, capturing the profound meaning of the Taegeukgi.
Shining a light on what was discarded, 'Eco-friendly Upcycling Keyring': This special keyring, featuring the logo of the <Unlit Project>, was made by recycling discarded PET bottle caps. Just as we have given new light to plastic that had been thrown away after its use, we have infused our sincere intention to shine a light on unrecognized history and artists into the very materials.
Value consumption that brightens three kinds of light: By simply possessing the Reward, you can practice honoring patriots in daily life, protect the environment by saving discarded resources, and directly deliver warmth to the dreams of indie artists and the lives of descendants.

This project is not simply about selling badges and keyrings. Through the space of Wadiz, we wanted to unite warm hearts that empathize with the value of history and support new art and environments. We knocked on the door of Crowdfunding so that our performance could be staged safely and, furthermore, lead to real donations for the descendants.
