The background behind preparing this project.
During my days as an athlete,I wrote a training journal every day after finishing my workouts.
It was a time to reflect on the day by recording the day's training, areas that needed improvement, and goals for the next session. These records guided my training direction and became the driving force that helped me get back up during tough times.
Later, as a Taekwondo coach teaching children, I realized something.
Many children trained hard, but lacked the habit of reflecting on their goals and training. On the other hand, those who consistently kept records were able to identify their weaknesses, set goals, and gradually grow.
Through that experience, I became convinced once again.
Recording is not just about writing down workouts, but a process of creating growth.
However, there were not many systematic training journals available for people who exercise.
That's why I created the ASCENDATHLETE'S JOURNAL, which contains training records, goal management, motivation, mental management, and self-feedback all in one book.
I hope this training journal becomes a habit of recording daily growth not only for athletes but for everyone who loves to exercise.
The project we are presenting this time has this story.
01.This is not just a simple training journal..
ASCEND is not just a notebook for writing down workouts.
It is a training journal designed to help you set goals, record your training, provide self-feedback, and manage your motivation and mentality.
Small daily records become better habits, and those habits ultimately lead to growth.

02. The experience of a real athlete was the starting point.
During my time as an athlete,I wrote a workout journal every day.
The habit of recording the day's training, analyzing areas for improvement, and setting the next goal was a great help in my athletic career.
Later, as a Taekwondo coach, I saw that children who kept records grew faster.
Based on that experience, I created a workout journal that anyone can use consistently, making it accessible to everyone.

03. Recording is the beginning of achieving results.
We do not focus only on the results.
Recording builds better habits,
habits lead to better training,
and training ultimately leads to better results.
ASCEND is here to help everyone who works out record their growth and create a better today than yesterday.

We do not record results.
We record the process of achieving results.
ASCEND ATHLETE'S JOURNAL
Hello. I am Hong Woon-gi, the creator of ASCEND.
Based on my experience as an athlete and my current role as a Taekwondo coach teaching children, I created this training journal.

During my days as an athlete, I recorded my training every day, analyzed my weaknesses, and set new goals. Now, as a coach, I see firsthand that the habit of recording not only improves athletic skills but also builds confidence and consistency.
However, it was difficult to find a training journal on the market that allowed people to record their training, goals, motivation, and mental management all together.
So, based on my own experiences and needs, ASCEND ATHLETE'S JOURNAL I planned and produced it myself.
I hope this training journal will be the starting point for not only athletes but for everyone who loves exercise to develop the habit of steady growth.
Thank you.
The reason I chose Wadiz is
ASCEND is not just about selling training journals, but about becoming a brand that grows together with people who exercise. That is what we want to become.
This training journal began from the concerns I experienced as an athlete and as a Taekwondo coach. Many people want to continue exercising consistently, but there are not many tools to manage goals and record their growth.
The reason I chose Wadiz is not simply to sell a product.
I wanted to listen to the opinions of the supporters who would use the product first and create a better training journal together.
The support and feedback you provide through this Funding will be a valuable foundation for ASCEND to create more diverse exercise content and a culture of recording in the future.
We want to take ASCEND's first step together with those who believe that keeping records leads to growth.
