Pre-order Return and A/S Guide
What is the exchange/Funding return policy?
Until Reward shipping information is registered isSupporters can individually cancel from the payment details in My Wadiz. Exchanges and refunds for initial defects or simple change of mind are possible within 30 days after receiving the Reward. Also, after the pre-order ends, cancellation or Funding return due to a simple change of mind may incur round-trip shipping costs.
What are the A/S regulations?
1. The A/S period is three months after receipt, and regardless of the period, A/S due to supporter negligence will be charged.
2. Please make sure to submit all A/S requests to hidenjh2525@nate.com.
3. A/S service is provided via courier, and after depositing a round-trip shipping fee of 6,000 KRW to the designated account, it will be processed.
