Q. Can you make it exactly like my actual pet?
A. The Baby Pet Doll is not a perfect replica, but a healing doll that captures memories and warmth.
While it resembles your pet, it is reinterpreted with a focus on emotional comfort and psychological healing.

Q. Is it possible to wash or maintain the doll?
A. Do not use a washing machine. If dust gets on the doll, we recommend using a soft brush or tape cleaner for maintenance.

Q. Can I exchange or get a refund?
A. Since the Pet Loss Doll is a custom handmade product, exchanges or refunds due to a simple change of mind are not possible.
However, if there is a defect or an issue during production, we will remake and exchange the product for you.

Q. Does it really help with pet loss syndrome?
A. The Pet Loss Doll is a psychological healing medium created in collaboration with the International Pet Psychology Counseling Association, and it helps provide comfort and positive emotions to pet owners. However, it does not replace medical treatment.

Q. Can I use items that my pet used during its lifetime?
A. Some materials (such as ribbons or fabrics) can be incorporated upon request. Please contact us separately for guidance.

Q. My reward arrived defective or damaged. What should I do?

From this heartfelt wish, the Pet Loss Doll was born.

The Pet Loss Doll was a custom-made doll designed to most closely resemble the pet, so that it could stay with the owner in their memories. At first, it was made to serve as a memorial placed in a columbarium, but over time,"I want to touch them again, to hug them just one more time." Requests from owners like this gradually increased.

However, there were also side effects. Instead of being comforted by the lookalike doll, some people felt their longing grow or their pain deepen.

In this dilemma, Praddle Studio found a new answer.

Could we continue the memories, but further highlight positive emotions through anthropomorphism?

As a result, Baby Pet Doll was born.

but its resemblance sometimes deepened the sense of longing.

So we created something more than a simple replica,
the 'Baby Pet Doll,' reinterpreted as a warm presence.

we wanted to convey feelings of comfort and healing.
