Winky Co., Ltd. is an AI-based video Chinese language education platform established in November 2021. Our goal is not to be a 'service that teaches Chinese,' but a 'service that provides an environment where you can speak Chinese.' With 19 years of experience operating academies in China, we hold patents for our self-developed 631 Protocol and 73 Rule learning methodologies. We also have 26 ISBN-registered textbooks, over 1,200 students, a satisfaction rate of 4.8/5.0, and a learning retention rate of 72%.
We are a company selected for the Small Enterprise and Market Service's Local Crowdfunding Support Project, certified as a venture company, and possess a KOITA-certified R&D department as an edtech company.
Why launch on Wadiz?
Traditional video Chinese classes only take place at set times, which repeatedly caused learning to be interrupted during the gaps between classes. We wanted to create a seamless learning environment in Korea by combining the advantages of AI to bridge the gap between classes, and the result of that effort is Winky as it is today.
Ahead of the official launch of our advanced AI app in August 2026, we chose Wadiz to directly test the market response to this new combined model and to secure early adopter supporters in advance.
With our selection for the Small Enterprise and Market Service's Local Crowdfunding Support Project, we aim to share Winky's value of 'creating a Chinese study abroad environment in Korea' with even more people.
