Ordinary shoes are made in 2D.However, Asoi's shoes are crafted three-dimensionally to fit the shape of the foot. That is why it is much more difficult and time-consuming than making regular shoes.

They are made to follow the three-dimensional shape of the human foot, providing a structure that comfortably wraps the foot without feeling loose.So, even though they are flat shoes, they are not uncomfortable and actually feel more comfortable.

Unlike regular shoes that are sewn together from several pieces, these are knitted as a whole from a single strand of thread,so there are no seams (stitching lines), which not only reduces irritation but also allows the shoe to naturally conform to the curves of the foot, providing a soft and flexible fit like a sock.

In particular,it allows for detailed expression of the foot's curves, three-dimensional lines, and subtle details.

The insole is the part that comes into direct contact with the curves of the sole (arch, ball, heel, etc.).Cushioning, support, breathabilityAll of these are determined here. A good insolereduces fatigue even after long hours of wearand provides stability that fits your feet. In other words,over 70% of the feeling that "the shoes are comfortable" comes from the quality of the insole.

‘Castor Oil Insole’ refers toan insole made from foam material or fiber structure using plant-based oil extracted from natural castor seeds. That is, the oil is not simply applied to the surface, but is mixed into the insole during manufacturingso that it is included within the structure.

Foam containing plant-based oil reduces skin friction and provides a soft cushion. Therefore, even after long hours of wear, your soles feel comfortably wrapped.

Castor oilhas moisture absorption and antibacterial properties, helping to reduce sweat and odor from your feet. Your feet stay fresh even after wearing shoes for a long time.

Polyurethane foam containing castor oil has a uniform structure and high elasticity,making it less prone to deformation and suitable for long-term use.

While regular insole foam is made from petroleum-based synthetic materials, castor oil isa renewable plant-based materialthat helps reduce carbon emissions.

The insole surface is wrapped once more with the same material as the outer material of the shoe, creating a unified and luxurious atmosphere not only in comfort but also in the insole.
