Q. What is your A/S policy?

A. The free warranty period is one year. However, the following cases will incur a service charge.

Damage or malfunction caused by incorrect usage or careless handling.
Damage or malfunction caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Damage or malfunction caused by fire, earthquake, flood, other natural disasters, gas, pollution, or abnormal voltage.
Damage or malfunction caused by movement or transportation after purchase.

Q. Criteria for exchange/return requests.

A. Exchanges or returns due to a simple change of mind can be requested within 7 days after receiving the reward. The product packaging (box, contents, etc.)

must be in the same condition as when you first received the reward. For returns due to a simple change of mind or supporter error, round-trip

shipping fee of 6,000 KRW will be charged.

*Exchanges/returns cannot be requested in the following cases.

If more than 7 days have passed since receiving the reward, returns or refunds due to a simple change of mind are not possible.
If the product is lost or damaged due to the supporter’s fault (signs of use, missing components, etc.).
If the value of the product has significantly decreased due to use or consumption by the supporter.
If the value of the product has significantly decreased over time, making resale difficult.
According to Wadiz policy, if you write a review or withdraw your refund request, it is considered as 'purchase confirmed' and refund requests are not allowed. Please make sure to keep this in mind.
