The story begins

Due to a power outage caused by the heavy rain, there was a problem with the strawberry syrup stored in the refrigerated storage.

It had started to ferment.

We felt hopeless.

"Let's turn this crisis into an opportunity."

However, with years of experience making dessert products,

We decided to turn the fermented strawberry syrup into strawberry jam.

✔️ Add more than 100% fresh strawberries compared to the syrup.

✔️ Do not add any additives.

✔️ Add plenty of lemon juice.
