Why did you decide to develop Mongpan?
Cooking is a daily routine, but most kitchens are filled with cold and monotonous cooking utensils.
Although practical, there were not many products that made your heart flutter when you started cooking.
This is where we began to ask questions.
"Why do kitchen utensils always have to be stiff and serious?"
Mongpan was born from the idea of wanting to create 'lovely cookware' that makes you feel good the moment you see it and brings a smile to your face as you use it, rather than just being a simple cooking tool.
A handle resembling a cat's tail, lid details shaped like cat ears, soft colors, and curved designs.
It was designed so you can fully enjoy cuteness and emotion even in the kitchen.
However, Mongpan is not just a cute product.
With seven-layer ceramic non-stick coating to reduce sticking, fast thermal conductivity, and a deep structure, it is designed for practical use so you can cook a variety of dishes from one-pan meals to brunch and steamed dishes.
The design also blends naturally when placed directly on the dining table after cooking.
Mongpan was created to make 'cooking time' a little more lovely.
Why did you decide to launch Funding on Wadiz?
Wadiz is a place with many early adopters, so we believed we could receive feedback from supporters most actively and closely,
which is why we decided to proceed with the project.

Exchange/Funding Refund & A/S Policy
When it is not a Reward defect
- If there is a defect in the Reward product, exchange or return is possible.
- Warranty period: 1 year
Exchange, A/S regulations
- Round-trip courier fee: 6,000 KRW
- For simple order errors or mistaken purchases: round-trip shipping fee 6,000 KRW
- Returns for change of mind are possible within 7 days from the date of delivery completion.
- Return/exchange due to initial defect: Free shipping
- Defective returns are also possible within 7 days from the delivery completion date.
Cases where exchange or A/S is not possible.
- Returns are not possible after use or washing.
- If the product is damaged due to reasons attributable to the customer.
- If the value of the product has decreased due to use or consumption by the customer.
- If the value of the product has been lost to the extent that resale is difficult due to the passage of time.
- If the product is returned arbitrarily without following the exchange/refund/A/S request procedure.

Q. Can it be used on induction cooktops?
A. Yes, Mongpan can be used on various heat sources such as induction and highlight, as well as gas stoves.
However, due to its fast heat conduction, we recommend using it on medium to low heat.
Q. Does food really not stick?
A. Mongpan is designed with G8 PLUS 7-layer ceramic non-stick coating to prevent food from sticking easily.
You can cook fried eggs, stir-fried dishes, and seasoned dishes more conveniently.
Q. Is it dishwasher safe?
A. Yes, it is possible.
Mongpan is dishwasher safe, making it easy to clean after cooking.
Q. Does the handle get hot?
A. The Mongpan handle uses food-grade silicone material to reduce slipperiness and minimize heat transfer.
However, depending on the cooking environment and heat level, it may become hot, so please be careful when using it at high temperatures for extended periods.
Q. How should I use the lid?
A. The dedicated Mongpan lid features a handle designed in the shape of cat ears.
For safety, we recommend holding both ear parts with both hands when opening the lid.
