OurP&O Company wants to introduce good products to those preparing for the new seasonand with this in mind, Wadiz pre-order project was launched to actively communicate with Wadiz supporters and to look forward to new experiences with Doublestar through this project.

An additional shipping fee of 3,000 KRW will be charged for Jeju Island and remote areas. When making a reservation purchase, please enter 3,000 KRW in the 'Add Contribution' section after selecting your reward. If not entered, we may need to contact you individually. Please make sure to add the extra contribution. :)

Yes, exchanges are possible. After the reward is shipped, we will provide instructions on how to exchange via an update. (An exchange fee of 6,000 KRW will be charged.)

Yes, it is possible. Since the pre-order project is subject to the Electronic Commerce Act,

- Rewards with defects or that differ from the description or advertisement: You can apply within 3 months from the date you receive the reward, or within 30 days from the date you become aware of the issue.
