Reason for Wadiz funding and plan for use of funds

Why did you decide to launch this project on Wadiz?

With each passing year, summer is getting longer and more humid. For pets, whose body temperature is higher than humans, it becomes even more unbearable.
There have been countless times I felt sorry for my dog lying flat on the floor when I left the house. I tried setting the air conditioner on a timer before leaving, but the cooling costs were still a big burden.

So we wanted to solve the problem of heat relief for pets. We kept searching for an 'easy and convenient' product that could reduce burdensome cooling costs and be comfortably used by all pets. Fortunately, we are very pleased to officially bring Coolpot, which has been proven with 500,000 units sold in Japan, to Korea. We believed that Wadiz supporters would resonate with the value of introducing our first summer cooling product.

Exchange, A/S, and refund policy

1. For 7 days after receiving the reward, Wadiz's refund policy applies to product defects.
