Shipping schedule

Product inquiries
- How far can it be identified at night? I am curious about the reflective performance. → At night, when exposed to car headlights or lights, it reflects brightly and clearly even from about 100 meters away.
- Is it too big or heavy to hang on a bag? → It is made in a size that fits comfortably in one hand, 8.5cm wide and 14cm tall. It is also very light at about 60g, so you can attach it to backpacks, eco bags, car keys, etc. as a cute accent without any burden.
- Can I wash the doll if it gets dirty? I'm worried the reflective material might get damaged. → You can easily wipe only the contaminated areas with a wet tissue. There is a risk of discoloration if exposed to direct sunlight for a long time, but it can still be used without any issues with its reflective performance.
- Does the reflective material peel off or crack easily after some time? → We have conducted multiple sample tests to ensure it does not deform easily from everyday friction, so you can fund with confidence.
- Is the doll soft to the touch? → It has a smooth texture without any fuzz. The feel may be somewhat different from dolls made with typical velboa fabric.
