Why Wadiz?

It was not simply to sell products, but because we wanted to meet consumers who support new challenges directly. We believed this was the best stage to share and validate the value and potential of our products first, in a space where people gather to support early-stage brands and products.

How will the funding be used?

Through this pre-order, we will collect various feedback and evaluations from supporters about the Podravka Ajvar products being introduced to Korea for the first time, and use them for the second import, marketing, and future new product introductions.

[A/S Policy]

*Warranty Period
- 14 days from the date of reward receipt

*A/S Regulations
- If damage or product defects are found within 14 days after receiving the reward, exchange/refund is possible. In this case, you must attach a photo of the problematic product so the maker can verify it.

- When exchanging/refunding, the received reward must be returned, and due to the nature of glass bottle products, the minimum packaging condition must be maintained.

*Cases Where A/S Is Not Available
- Even within the warranty period, if the product has been opened, or if repair and restoration are impossible due to the user's intentional or negligent actions, or if damage, breakage, or defect is reported after 14 days of receiving the reward, exchange or return is not possible.
