1. All products are non-returnable, so please make your purchase carefully.
All OROA products are made-to-order and custom-made upon order. Once production has started, cancellations and returns due to a change of mind are not possible, so please check the size and detailed information thoroughly before making your purchase.
2. In case of product defects or incorrect delivery, exchanges/returns are possible.
Within 7 days of receiving the product, please contact our customer center. After your request is received, the product will be collected, and if our inspection team confirms a defect, we will exchange it for the same item. If there are signs of wear or damage due to customer negligence found during inspection, the exchange or return may be refused.
