Exchange or refund is possible within 7 days of purchase, but not if the product is damaged. If you request an exchange or refund, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost (round trip).
Defective sewing or fabric
Free repair within 3 months of purchase—exchange—refund in that order.

For defective or incorrectly shipped products, the return shipping fee is 100% covered by the company, and we will assist with refunds as well. For further inquiries, please contact our customer center (070-8098-5082) and we will handle it promptly.
Q3. How is the shipping fee handled for exchanges or refunds?
For defective or incorrectly shipped products, the shipping fee is covered by the company. For simple change of mind, the round-trip shipping fee (6,000 KRW) is the customer's responsibility.
Q4. How long does shipping usually take?
If payment is made before 1 p.m., the order will be shipped the same day; payments made after that will be shipped the next business day. Delivery usually takes about 1 to 3 business days. Standard shipping is free, but an additional 6,000 KRW will be charged for remote or island areas.
