Warning

Do not use the 220V DC adapter for any purpose other than connecting to Lumicrion.
If you are using only the Lumicrion Main unit, please remove the DC output cable from the Main before use. In this case, the maximum brightness of the Main is 16W.

Do not use for purposes other than intended.
Please ensure safety so that infants and young children cannot reach it.
Be careful as there is a risk of injury from strong impact.
Do not place near fire.
Product damage caused by user negligence cannot be exchanged or refunded.
If foreign substances get on the product, do not wipe with oil. Please use water and a soft cloth to clean it.

A/S and Customer Support Information

Exchanges or refunds due to a simple change of mind are only possible if the seal label on the top of the packaging box is not damaged.
Shipping costs due to a simple change of mind are the responsibility of the supporter.

Free warranty period: Within one year from the date of purchase, if a product defect occurs, we provide free 1:1 exchange or A/S.

If a defect occurs after this period, free A/S will be provided if the product defect is confirmed. (Round-trip shipping costs are covered by the maker.)
However, damage caused by user negligence or intentional actions will be repaired for a fee, and in this case, round-trip shipping costs are the responsibility of the supporter.
If the product is severely damaged and cannot be repaired, A/S is not available even within the warranty period.

The following cases are not considered product defects, so free A/S may not be available.

If the product is lost or damaged due to the customer's responsibility (excluding packaging damage for the purpose of checking).
If the value of the product has decreased due to customer use (e.g., damage caused by dropping, impact, or other negligence during use).
If the value of the product has been lost to the extent that resale is difficult due to the passage of time (e.g., loss of components, stains, or contamination caused by user carelessness).
If the product is returned arbitrarily without following the exchange/refund/A/S procedures through the manufacturer.
