Funding cancellation is possible until registration before the reward is shipped.
You must request within 7 days from the date of receipt.
Exchange is available only once, with round-trip shipping costs borne by the customer.
For exchanges and returns, please send via CJ Logistics (1588-1255). (If you use another courier, additional costs may occur, and these will be borne by the customer.)
Exchanges or returns due to seller errors such as product defects or incorrect delivery are possible at the seller's expense, and exchanges are only available for the same product, color, and size.
The inspection period for exchanges/returns takes about 1 to 4 days and will be processed after inspection is complete.
In cases of product defects or incorrect delivery, you must provide photos and details as the reason for exchange/return. If not provided, it may not be possible to confirm the defect or incorrect delivery. Please note that we may not be able to assist with shipping charges due to this.
Requests and address changes can only be made by phone through the customer center before 2 p.m. Please understand that if the product has already been shipped during the preparation stage, changes cannot be made.
Exchanges or returns are not possible in any case if the product value is damaged or more than 30 days have passed since the order. Used products also cannot be exchanged or returned.

Cancellations and exchanges before product shipment are only possible until 2 p.m. and must be processed by phone.
For island and mountainous regions, you must select the additional shipping fee for these areas in the options. (Shipping fee 5,000 KRW)
Size issues due to individual differences, such as product-related defects, are not recognized as defects, so the shipping cost for exchanges/returns will be borne by the customer.
