We are AppSalt, offering 10-year aged sea salt.
AppSalt is not simply salt that has been stored for a long time.
We use sea salt produced in 2013,
carefully observing, managing, and aging it over a long period,
to deliver it to you in the best possible condition.
As salt ages,
it loses moisture, its bitterness decreases,
and the crystals become harder and develop a deeper flavor.
However, this process does not happen automatically over time.
We check its condition during aging,
and manage it so that air and humidity are evenly distributed,
so that the salt that has aged for a long time
can be properly delivered to our supporters.
This is how AppSalt was completed.
AppSalt was not created to look special to someone,
but after long consideration of what makes good salt.
