The product is made according to European size standards, so there may be differences from typical Korean cm sizes. Please refer to the size guide.

Q. Can I exchange if the size does not fit?

Yes, exchanges are possible. After the Reward is shipped, we will provide instructions on how to exchange via an update. (Exchange fee: 6,000 KRW)

Q. What is the difference between a regular online store and Wadiz Pre-order?

Q. Can I exchange, refund, or get after-sales service after the pre-order ends?

- Change of mind by the supporter, not a product defect: You can apply within 7 days from the date you receive the Reward.
- Reward with defects or different from the description or advertisement: You can apply within 3 months from the date you receive the Reward, or within 30 days from the date you become aware of the issue.
- Defects caused by product issues within 6 monthsIn this case: Free after-sales service will be provided.

How is the pre-order funding amount used?
