• Vibeone has been in the fashion distribution business for over 30 years, working in OEM and ODM, and started its own brand to create products that consumers want.

Background of preparing this project.

• Many people use eco bags for affordable and convenient purposes, but since there are additional needs and it's not practical to carry two bags, we wanted to create a bag that fits in between. We aimed to make a bag that is a bit more luxurious, uses better materials, and can be used as a daily bag without any shortcomings.

• The reason for introducing products and services through Crowdfunding is to receive objective evaluations from discerning consumers, so we decided to start on Wadiz.

Basic Refund Policy

• Supporters can apply for a refund in the following cases.

• Refund for 'Participation Cancellation' is available after the project ends and before the Reward is shipped.

• Refund for 'Reward Delay' is available if the Reward has not been shipped by the promised shipping date.

• Refund for 'Wrong Delivery or Reward Defect' is available if there is a problem with receiving the Reward.

• Refund for 'Change of Mind' is available if it does not fall under non-refundable types or other refund regulations.

  • Refund requests due to change of mind can be made within 7 days after receiving the Reward.
  • For overseas shipping, refund requests due to change of mind are restricted after shipping has started, but the Maker may process a refund directly.
