Pre-order Returns and A/S Information
What is the exchange/success fund return policy?
Until the reward shipping information is registered, supporters can individually cancel their orders in My Wadiz under payment history.
Exchanges and refunds for initial defects or simple change of mind are possible within 30 days after receiving the reward. Also, if you cancel or request a return of the success fund due to a simple change of mind after the pre-order ends, round-trip shipping costs may apply.
What are the A/S regulations?
1. The A/S period is three months after receipt, and regardless of the period, A/S due to supporter negligence will be charged.
2. Please make sure to submit all A/S requests to hidenjh2525@nate.com.
3. A/S service is provided by courier, and after depositing the round-trip shipping fee of 6,000 KRW to the designated account, it will be processed.
