Q. Which charging adapter should I use?
A. Capsule S requires a 5V/3A adapter. Using an adapter with an incorrect voltage may result in longer charging times. In particular, Samsung mobile phone charging adapters released after the Galaxy Note 10 (with Super Fast Charging rated output PDO or PPS) are not compatible. Compatible adapters for Capsule S can be purchased from the Smartleumbangi Smart Store.

Q. Is it okay if the adapter and main unit get hot during charging?
A. Since Capsule S is a portable product that uses a high-capacity battery, it consumes a lot of power, so the main unit and adapter may feel hotter during charging compared to charging a mobile phone. The amount of heat generated varies depending on the power required for charging each electronic device. Capsule S is a certified safe product, so you can use it with confidence.

Q. I heard that UV should not be looked at or touched directly. Is there a safety device for this?
A. The UV in Capsule S is located inside the operating unit and is used for sterilizing residual bacteria in shoes and disinfecting the operating unit. The sterilization of residual bacteria is not done by directly irradiating the inside of the shoes, but by circulating the air inside the shoes and irradiating the UV onto airborne bacteria. Unless you directly look inside the operating unit, the amount of UV that escapes is minimal. However, if you need to touch the operating unit after operation, please make sure to stop the operation first. When UV is operating, a blue light will turn on in the operating unit and a UV operation indicator will appear on the LCD screen, so please use it with caution.

Q. What is the difference between the red and blue lights on the operating unit?
A. The red light on the operating unit indicates hot air, and the blue light indicates UV. The 15-minute and 30-minute modes, where both red and blue lights are on simultaneously, are simple modes where hot air and UV are used together. In other modes, the red light turns on first to sterilize and dry the inside of the shoes with hot air, and during the last 30 minutes, the blue light turns on to sterilize the product itself and any remaining bacteria with UV.

Q. How long should I dry my shoes after washing them?
A. The drying function of Capsule S is optimized for managing the inside of shoes that have become damp from sweat. After washing your shoes, please remove as much moisture as possible and connect the device via cable to use the 6-hour mode. (Depending on the condition of the shoes, you may need to use it several more times.) Since it is not waterproof, please use it only after spin-drying.
