* The crab is usually vacuum-packed before shipping, but small holes may occur due to the crab's sharp parts, causing the vacuum to be released. This is not a defect of the product and it is safe to consume.
* If the crab shell appears white or the innards are visible, this can occur because the live crab is steamed before shipping. It is safe to consume.
* Ramen noodles are easily broken during transportation.
* There may be slight differences in weight depending on the crab.
