One day, this thought occurred to me.

"Why are people still doing this?"

Excel is good at calculations. Computers are good at repetitive tasks.

Yet, bidding managers were still spending a lot of time on simple tasks that people had to do.

So I started to create something.

It started as a free program.

In 2021, I made the bidding analysis Excel sheet I used personally available online for free.

I didn't have high expectations.

I just hoped, "It would be nice if this helps someone."

But it turned out differently than I expected.

Numerous bidding managers started using the program, and hundreds of comments and improvement requests followed.

"Thanks to you, I won my first bid." "Bidding tasks have become much more convenient." "It has become an indispensable program at our company."

This small project began to grow little by little.

But then, it suddenly stopped.

2025. The national procurement system was completely overhauled.

The existing crawling method could no longer be used.

Many people left inquiries such as "Can't we use it again?" "Is there no update planned?" "Please, at least provide the analysis feature."

At that moment, I made up my mind. This time, let's rebuild it from scratch.

It was not just a simple update.

We abandoned web scraping and redesigned the program from the ground up based on APIs.

Speed. Stability. Search accuracy. User convenience. We renewed everything.

And we changed the name as well.

Our goal was not just a simple Excel file, but a comprehensive work platform for bidding managers.

The most important goal was

"It must be usable by anyone."

Bidding programs were often too complicated.
