Exchange and Refund Policy
This is the procedure for exchanges and returns due to change of mind or size/color errors.
Return and exchange shipping fee: 20,000 KRW (additional 5,000 KRW for Jeju/remote islands)
Payment method: The collection process will proceed after confirming the shipping fee deposit to the designated account.

⚠️ Special Exchange Policy for Limited Quantities
This Funding is conducted only with limited stock from the official Italian headquarters distribution lineup.
Therefore, exchanges for size and color will be exceptionally approved only if 'remaining stock is available' at the time of request.
If all stock of the requested specification is sold out, exchange is physically impossible and the process will be immediately switched to return (refund).

Initial defect: Structural defects found within 7 days of receipt will be handled by exchange or refund.
Paid A/S: After 7 days from receipt, any damage occurring during normal use will be handled as a paid service.

If the value as a new product is damaged and resale is not possible, exchange and refund may be inevitably restricted. Please pay attention to the following four points when trying on the product.
1. If scents have been transferred
If the fabric or filling absorbs odors such as perfume, body lotion, fabric deodorizer, or cigarette smoke
2. If cosmetic contamination occurs
If traces of cosmetics such as foundation or lipstick are left on the neckline or sleeve ends during fitting
3. If the product or components are damaged or missing
If any components are lost or damaged
4. If there are signs of wear
If there are signs of outdoor wear or permanent wrinkles beyond a short indoor fitting for simple size checking
