Product Wear and Care Precautions
Lumiyeon's knot bracelet is a delicate handcrafted product made with dyed pure cotton thread.
To maintain its original beautiful shape and color for a long time, please be sure to check the care instructions below.
1. Washing and Moisture Exposure Precautions
To maintain a consistent fit and size, we strongly recommend removing the product during showers, baths, or intense exercise.
Exposure to moisture may reduce the thread's natural sheen or cause it to shrink or stretch.
If it gets wet, gently press with a dry towel to remove moisture, then air dry naturally in a cool, shaded place.
2. Discoloration and Contamination Prevention
If perfume, body lotion, or sunscreen comes into direct contact with the thread, it may cause discoloration or staining.Wear after the cosmetics are fully absorbed. Please do so.
There may be slight color differences between the photos and the actual product due to light reflection and dyeing variations.
3. Friction and Unraveling Caution
Continuous friction, such as frequent opening and closing,, or contact with rough knits or Velcro, may cause pilling on the threads. This is a natural occurrence due to the product's characteristics, so please be careful when wearing..
The ends of the knots are securely fixed with finishing glue to prevent unraveling.During this process, slight glue marks may remain, which is a natural result of the handmade production process.
Please be especially careful not to forcibly pull the knots or let them get caught on sharp objects such as knives or scissors.
Refund Policy
1. Guide to cancellation and refund due to change of mind
This Reward is a handmade, made-to-order product that is individually produced after the pre-order ends, based on your color therapy diagnosis results and the knot option (swivel/flat knot) you selected.
Relevant laws: Article 17, Paragraph 2, Subparagraph 6 of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. and Article 21 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act.
Notice: As this product is individually manufactured according to the consumer's order, cancellations, returns, and refunds due to a simple change of mind after the end of the pre-order and completion of final payment are restricted.
You may freely cancel during the pre-order period, so please participate carefully after payment is confirmed.
2. Exchange/Refund Policy for Reward Defects and Wrong Delivery (Available)
Separate from the above restriction on refunds for simple change of mind, 100% exchange and refund are guaranteed according to Wadiz policy in the case of product defects or wrong delivery caused by the maker's fault.
If a product different from your selected option is delivered or there is an obvious defect in the Reward itself, we will promptly remake and exchange it for a new product or proceed with a refund.
Application Period: You must submit your request through Wadiz 'Contact the Maker' within 7 days of receiving the Reward.
Shipping Cost Responsibility: The maker will bear the full round-trip courier cost for exchanges/refunds due to product defects or wrong delivery.
3. Handmade and Cotton Yarn Characteristics Not Recognized as Defects (Reasons for Non-Exchange/Refund) The following items are natural occurrences due to the use of natural cotton yarn materials and the handmade production process, and are not considered product defects, making exchange and refund difficult.
Finishing marks at the end of knots: Due to the nature of handmade knots, a finishing process using transparent craft glue is essential to firmly secure the threads and prevent unraveling. Minor glue marks or slightly stiff textures at the finishing area that occur during this process are normal traces of the handmade process.
Minor discrepancies: Since the knots are tied by hand, there may be minor size discrepancies of about 1cm in total length or slight differences in knot shapes.
Monitor resolution differences: Differences in the color tone of the thread as seen on your monitor or smartphone screen due to resolution differences are not considered defects.
Material changes after wearing: Due to the soft texture of natural cotton yarn, pilling, loosening (stretching), shrinking (contracting), and color fading that occur depending on the wearing environment are natural properties of the material. In particular, as previously informed,[When wet, air dry in a cool, shaded area] If you do not follow the instructions and expose the product to sunlight (direct sunlight) or dry it with a hair dryer, any deformation or shrinkage that occurs will not be grounds for exchange or refund.
4. A/S Information
Initial defect (within 7 days of receipt): Free exchange will be provided at the maker's expense.
Repairs after 7 days: Repairs (A/S) are available at any time regardless of the period of use. For repairs, the round-trip courier fee of 6,000 KRW must be paid by the supporter, and the repair will be processed as a paid service. (Including damage caused by the supporter)
