Our name, Richell, contains two promises.

The background for preparing this project is,

1. The problem we faced: "On the way to the animal hospital, are you perhaps fighting a battle?"

For pet owners, going out with their pets is both exciting and worrying. Especially when going to the hospital or traveling long distances, you may have experienced the heartbreak of having to force your pet into the kennel or seeing them anxiously cry in the car.

• Stress for pets: A kennel that is open on all sides can cause severe anxiety for pets who are easily frightened.

• Kennel aversion: Traditional kennels that require pushing pets in through a single door made the process difficult for both pet owners and veterinarians, whether putting pets in or taking them out at the clinic.

• Instability during car travel: During sudden stops, the kennel may shake, causing pets to get injured or experience motion sickness.

We asked ourselves."Why must kennels only be taken out for outings, making them a source of fear for pets? Can't they become a cozy home that pets love even in daily life?"

2. The beginning of the solution:'Richell Kennel' that captivated Japanese pet owners

To solve these deep concerns of pet owners, Richell, which has long studied pet behavior patterns and safety, has launched the [Dual Open Pine Kennel], a new series different from the steady-selling 'Camping Kennel.'

It is not simply a bag for transporting animals,but a product designed with the psychological stability of pets andthe convenience of pet owners in mind.

• Smoke door with blackout effect: While pets can see outside, the interior remains cozy, minimizing visual stress during travel.

• Opens from the front and top: With the top door on the ceiling, you can gently place your pet inside from above, allowing for quick and safe transport without having to forcibly remove your pet during veterinary visits.

• When the door is detached, it becomes a perfect house: Since you can keep it in the living room for house training (crate training), your pet will walk in on their own without resistance even in disaster situations or during emergency moves.

Funding Usage Plan

The valuable Funding you have contributed will be used to improve the overall quality of the product and for research and production costs to develop pet products that pets can use more safely.

Shipping Information

• Shipping Method: Sequential shipping via CJ Logistics courier
• Additional fee for Jeju and remote island areas: 5,000 KRW (Reward selection required)

• Consultation hours: 13:00 - 16:00 (Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)

Exchange and Refund Information

• Application Period: In case of change of mind, within 7 days from the Reward delivery completion date.
• Shipping Fee

1. If the product is defective, the full amount including shipping fee will be refunded.
2. In case of change of mind, the refund will be made after deducting the round-trip shipping fee (13,000 KRW).*The product and packaging must be in resalable condition.

• Precautions 

1. If a refund is requested after shipment, it will be processed after the product is collected.
2. The color and image of the product may appear differently depending on your device's resolution.

• Non-Refundable Cases

1. If the application period has passed.
2. If the product is returned arbitrarily without following the exchange procedure through the maker.
3. If the Reward is lost or damaged due to the Supporter's fault.
4. If the value of the Reward has significantly decreased due to use or partial consumption by the Supporter.
5. If the value of the product has significantly decreased to the extent that resale is difficult due to the passage of time.
6. If there are other reasons for return restrictions according to relevant laws and regulations.
