Exchange and Refund Information

Supporter change of mind: Can be requested within 7 days from the date of receiving the Reward.
Defective or different from description/advertisement Reward: Can be requested within 3 months from the date of receiving the Reward or within 30 days from the date the issue is recognized.
If there is a significant defect that makes the product unusable, exchange and refund are possible. Due to the nature of the product, after-sales service is not available.
If the product's vinyl packaging has been opened, exchange and refund due to change of mind are not possible.
In case of partial refund, the used (non-refundable) main product, microfiber towel, and scraper will be calculated and refunded based on the official online price of our store.
If the product has been used or damaged due to consumer negligence, exchange and refund are not possible.
During the production and packaging process of the microfiber towel and scraper, rubbing, scratches, discoloration, fraying, or size discrepancies may occur. As these do not affect usage, exchange and refund are not possible for these reasons.
