WHY WADIZ
We are presenting through Wadiz to listen to the valuable opinions of our supporters, and the funding amount will be used for new product development after the funding ends.
Why is the country of manufacture Germany?
Decon is a Dutch brand and has two production plants in the Netherlands and neighboring Germany. Therefore, depending on the product category, products are manufactured and shipped either in the Netherlands or Germany.
Shipping Information
- Shipping company: Logen Courier
- Shipping inquiries: Kenix Industry (1644-1637) / Wadiz inquiry chat (operates only from 10 AM to 5 PM). Detailed shipping schedule will be announced via updates after the funding ends.
- For Jeju and remote island areas, please make sure to select the additional shipping fee option for Jeju/remote islands when funding.
Exchange and Refund Information
- Supporter change of mind: Can be requested within 7 days from the date of receiving the Reward.
- Defective or Reward different from description/advertisement: Can be requested within 3 months from the date of receiving the Reward or within 30 days from the date the issue is recognized.
- If there is a significant defect that makes the product unusable, exchange and refund are possible. Due to the nature of the product, A/S is not available.
- If the product has been used or damaged due to consumer negligence,If the packaging is insufficient and the product is damaged during collection upon return, exchange and refund are not possible.
- How to request an exchange: Submit through Wadiz '1:1 Inquiry to Maker' function.
- Minor abrasions, scratches, sticker damage, dents, or compressions may occur during production, packaging, or shipping. As these do not affect product use, exchange and refund are not possible for these reasons.
- For partial refunds after funding a set product, only unused products are eligible. Used products that are not refunded will be calculated at the Wadiz single item price for refund processing.
