Pre-order Return and A/S Information
What is the exchange/refund policy for Funding?
Until Reward shipping information is registered isSupporters can individually cancel from the payment details in My Wadiz. Exchanges and refunds for initial defects or simple change of mind within 30 days after receiving the Reward are possible. Also, after the pre-order ends, if you cancel or request a refund for the Funding due to a simple change of mind, round-trip shipping costs may be incurred.
What are the A/S regulations?
1. The A/S period is 3 months after receipt, and regardless of the period, A/S due to supporter negligence will be charged.
2. Please make sure to submit A/S requests to hidenjh2525@nate.com.
3. A/S service is provided via courier, and after depositing the round-trip shipping fee of 6,000 KRW to the designated account, it will be processed.
