The Nuvo brand was newly launched in 2025 with the commitment to always provide only clean water.

Nuvo's first product was a travel showerhead, and the second product is the residual water draining shower hose. Typically, metal is commonly used for shower hoses, but in the case of metal, mold accumulates between the gaps on the surface, allowing bacteria to breed. Moreover, with regular PVC or silicone shower hoses, water does not drain after a shower, so the water inside gradually decays, increasing bacteria, yet we continue to use them without knowing anything.

To prevent bacterial growth, it was necessary to drain the water inside the hose. That is why we came up with the residual water draining shower hose. If you hang the showerhead up after use, the remaining water inside the hose is automatically drained. Once the residual water is drained, there is no water left inside the shower hose, keeping it dry and preventing bacteria from breeding.

Many people use these dirty shower hoses without knowing about these issues. We wanted to widely promote this residual water draining shower hose so that everyone can shower without worrying about bacteria, and that is why we came to Wadiz.

Pre-order Refund Policy Information

1. As pre-order projects are subject to the Electronic Commerce Act, exchanges and refunds are possible for initial defects within 30 days of receiving the Reward and for simple change of mind within 7 days.

2. If the product is arbitrarily disassembled/damaged/broken, or if the box is damaged or the value of the product is impaired, exchanges and returns are not possible.
