If an initial defect or damage during delivery is confirmed within 7 days of receiving the product,
we will provide a free exchange or refund.
Exchanges and refunds due to a simple change of mind are only possible if the product is unused
and all components are preserved.
Exchanges and refunds may not be possible in the following cases.

- If the product has been arbitrarily disassembled or modified

- A/S Request: Submit through the customer center
- Warranty period: 1 year from the date of receipt
- Any product defects occurring during normal use within the warranty period will be repaired or exchanged free of charge.
- Malfunctions caused by customer negligence, arbitrary disassembly, external impact, or water damage may incur service charges.

- Continuous operation for extended periods may affect the product's lifespan and is not recommended.
- Strong impacts or drops may cause product malfunction.
- After use, please wash any detachable components and store them after thoroughly drying.
