A. Wash your hands thoroughly and wet the vulva with water. Pump 1-2 times and gently cleanse with the foam. After cleansing, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Q. Can I use it inside the vagina?

A. This product is for external use on the vulva only. Do not use it inside the vagina; use only on the external area.

Q. Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

A. It is suitable for all skin types, and human application tests have confirmed that it falls within the low-irritation range with a skin irritation index of 0.00. However, as individual skin conditions may vary, if you experience any abnormal symptoms such as redness, swelling, or itching during use, discontinue use and consult a specialist.

Q. Is it a mildly acidic product?

A. Yes, it is formulated with a mildly acidic pH to suit the sensitive Y-zone environment.
