FAQ

Q1. How long is the usage time when fully charged?

You can use it continuously for up to 50 minutes on a single full charge.

Q2. Can the filter be washed with water?

Both the stainless mesh filter and the HEPA filter can be easily detached and hygienically maintained after washing with water.

Q3. How long is the A/S warranty period?

The product comes with a one-year free warranty, and the BLDC main motor is covered by a five-year free A/S.

Q4. The suction power has weakened.

If the filter or dustbin is clogged, suction power may decrease.

After separating, wash and dry completely before reassembling.

Q5. The Clean Station (stand) is not working.

Please check if the contact points between the main unit and the Clean Station are properly aligned.

Please make sure the power plug is properly connected.

Q6. Dust is not being sucked up well.

If the brush or suction inlet is blocked, suction may not work smoothly.

After removing the blockage, reassemble properly and use again.

A/S Policy

Warranty period: 1 year from the date of Reward receipt.
Policy: 1:1 replacement in case of product defects occurring during normal use.
A/S not available: Even within the warranty period, A/S is not available if the product cannot be repaired or restored due to intentional or negligent user actions.
